We endeavour to inform guests beforehand if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours, however, this is not always possible. In such cases, we are unable to provide any refund or discount.

At the bottom of the steps across the street from the Entrance of the Vatican Museums. The steps are located right next to Caffè Vaticano on the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi. The closest Metro stop is Line A (Ottaviano - Musei Vaticani).
So there's no last-minute rush please arrive at the start point 15 minutes early.

Please remember that entrance into the Vatican requires a strict dress code. Shoulders and knees need to be covered and no low cut or sleeveless tops or shorts on either men or women are allowed. Clients that do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted entry to the Vatican. isango! or its local partner, unfortunately, will not be able to help in such a scenario.
Photography is not allowed inside the Vatican museums.
This tour is, unfortunately, not suitable for customers with wheelchairs, walking disabilities, strollers or baby carriages.
Please understand that the Vatican is a high surveillance area and extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. This is why you may experience slight delays at the entrance due to the presence of mandatory security checks.
The Vatican unfortunately does not allow visitors to enter with large bags, tripods, umbrellas, and backpacks so we would suggest that you carry small bags to avoid getting stuck at security check-ins. In case you do need to carry any of the above mentioned items, you can have them checked into the free luggage storage area.
The Museums may sometimes be closed due to unforeseen circumstances, as a result of which our itinerary may change. For example, Raphael’s rooms could be replaced with Pio-Clementino Museum and so on.

Interesting tour. Avoided the daytime crowds. Good and knowledgeable to dictionary tour guide that spoke and understood English well.
