One little detail, the meeting point is set at the centre of Piazza Re di Roma, by the sculpture in the middle of the square in the
city of Rome. In fact, there is no sculpture so the was worried until they met with the tour.

This tour was a perfect addition to our Rome experience. It was relaxing and provided a scenic ride through wine country. The guide was very pleasant and knowledgable on the topic. The vineyard was beautiful and we liked the intimate atmosphere as we were the only tour on the premises. Wines were good and the olive oil bread was delicious. Recommend to anyone looking to see the country side of Italy. Would have liked to ship wine home and disappointed that we could not do this. Also had some difficulty finding the meeting place as the instructions stated a statue was in the square but there was not one in the center.
The tour was amazing!!! Meeting up was easy, the ride was fun, Simona was very informative and made the trip exciting. She made us feel right at home. The vineyards are beautiful and the wine was superb. Next time in Rome we will tour with Dark Rome most definitely. Thanks to Dark Rome and SIMONA!
We were on the July 9, 2009 Frascati Wine Tasting tour with guide Angelo and 2 other couples. It was definitely amazing! Just to get out of the hustle and bustle of Rome to the breathtakingly gorgeous countryside was fantastic, let alone the tour of the Pallavicini estate and tasting. Angelo was our sommelier, and afterward we could buy wine and olive oil, which were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this tour!
Simona was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable about the wine-making process. The wine was delicious. And as we returned to the city she took the time to walk through the bus and answer questions about other tourist attractions in Rome. I highly recommend her, and the wine-tasting tour
